Announcing our next exhibition, MAUNA, featuring the works of Sophia Sol and Saumolia “Saumo” Puapuaga. Hawaiʻi’s mountains anchor the islands and hold the memory of the land. In MAUNA, Saumolia “Saumo” Puapuaga and Sophia Sol look at these peaks through their own cultural roots and internal worlds, offering two distinct ways of seeing the same terrain. Side by side, MAUNA brings bold Polynesian abstraction together with Eastern brushwork. It’s a shared look at Hawaiʻi’s highest places, shaped by two artists who honor the land by honoring where they come from. 📍 OurSpace, 1052 Waimanu St., Honolulu, HI 🗓️ Friday, September 11 ⏰ 5-8PM, with artist talk at 5:30 🎟️ RSVP via link in bio
